2. Event Registrations

For paid events/workshops:

• Cancellations 7+ days before event: Full refund

• Cancellations 2-7 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund

*Refunds processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method.*

3. Digital Products/Services

(If applicable)

• No refunds after digital content access/download

• Technical issues resolved within 72 hours
